The requirements of the OIL Tanker are as follows :  prompt 
1-      (6000)DWT and above approved of the IACS .
2-      End of built during 2013
3-      To comply with all regulations and meet all International New Requirements (IMO, Major Companies, USA, Chinese)
4-      To be build under owner representative and Classification Society.
5-      All documents and manuals to be of 3 (three) sets in English Language as well as electronic copies
6-      To be supplied with the Ballast water Managing Plan, SOEP, VOC plan & VRP
7-      Main Engine to be from one of the major industries 9SULER, B&W, MITSUBISHI, DAIHATSU, AKASAKA, ETC) one set powerful 2/ stroke Engines
8-      Auxiliary Engines 3 sets of Major companies Each one cover all the load in sailing and discharging/ loading) and 2 sets when using bow thruster
9-      Air compressors, 4 set as main air compressors and one set servicing air
10-   4 sets of Air Reservoir 2 sets as Main Air bottles, set as Service Air Bottle and set as Auxiliary Air Bottle.
11-   Auxiliary Boiler build by one of major Companies (AL BORG) design Pressure 10kg/cm2 Steam . Capacity 6 Ton/hr. And one Economizer also one clarifier two Sources of heating by Electric Element and Steam.
12-   Cargo Tanks must be supplied by heating Coils material of anti-corrosion. (stainless Steel) Each tank Contain two coils.
13-   Cargo Pumps Build by one of the Major Companies Operated Electrically as Main & Stripping P/PS.
14-   Purifiers 6 sets to build by LAFA LAVAL Distributed as follows : 2 sets F.O Purifiers, 2 set main L.O Purifiers, and 1 set L.O Diesel Generator Purifier and 1 set as D..O Purifier.
15-   Supplied by all safety equipments according to SOLAS Regulations and the life boats Davit Type
16-   Supplied by F.W. Generator, operated by Stem Ejectors and / or from M/E and AUX/ENG cooling waters.
17-   To be supplied by R.O System.
18-   Prefer to have gear cargo pump for heavy liquids connected with all Tank and the tanks capable to load three grade of cargo.
19-   Prefer to have a VPP (PROPELLER) with Clutch or twin Screw for better maneuvering.
20-   Supplied with STS operation and bunker supply requirements.
21-   To be supplied  with sufficient spare parts for one time overhauling to all machineries and electrical eq. approved by class.
22-   Cargo Valves t be operated auto & manual in mean time.
