-The vessel is out of class and is not complying to Solas 2010

-Only outright offers are accepted, thus not subject to inspection nor any other subjects

-Bareboat / timecharter / any other lease or credit arrangement is not discussable

-If the vessel is sold for use as stationary floating hotel, before Buyers asking further information, the Buyers should ascertain themselves that they have a license
