Wanted Cruse Ship to convert to Hotel

Seeking Cruise ship to convert to a Hotel -  possibly 2 ships: 1 Cruise 1 RO RO

We plan to have the ship land locked /   the hull can be non certifiable

Should have at least 200 Passenger cabins, larger is ok. Up to 2000 ?

Should have functional : generators, sewage system, water maker,  and preferred with an elevator.(not mandatory)

 A ship that is due recertification, but would need major motor  / hull upgrades is ok.

Location, Caribbean or Central America preferred

 Will consider any if delivered to our location West Coast - Central America (under power or towed)
